"Last fall was our pilot event and it was so successful that we have committed to doing four quarterly webinars with Vcall. We are grateful for the list of all the services that Vcall provides before, during, and after the event."

Engage your Audience with Interactive Tools
Interactivity with your audience is a leading factor in the success of any web event. Vcall offers the most engaging and flexible tools in the industry to allow presenters to interact with and extract information from their audience.
Opinion Poll
Create polling questions set up as single-choice or all-that-apply. Results can be displayed to audience as bar-chart or pie-chart. It can be stored in a library for re-use in various events.
Survey
Create and publish a survey or evaluation form with unlimited ratings, multiple-choice, yes/no, scaled, and open-ended questions. Reports allow presenter to summarize evaluations by date or across dates to see trends.
VChart™
Turns the presentation area into a virtual flip chart. The presenter posts an open-ended question, then publishes all or selected participant responses (either anonymously or with names). Unlimited responses (even those from previous sessions) can be published and republished during the current session, or published later in future sessions.
Brainstormer™
Turns the web conference presentation area into a brainstorming session. Allows participants to add their ideas to the screen and respond to previous posts creating discussion threads for multiple ideas.
Certifier™
A robust testing tool that scores tests automatically. If desired, the results can be displayed to students along with remediation. An administrator can view individual and group results.
Pro/Con
Similar to VChart™, the presenter offers participants a case or other type of scenario. Participants respond in two fields with the pros and cons.
QuickPic
Turns any graphic image or document into a slide. Using Vcall Web Conferencing, slides can be annotated during the presentation.
QuickLink
A tool that lets presenters link to any file on the Internet. Publish web pages, Flash content, PDFs, audio & video files, pictures, charts and more to either the presentation area or showcase area for all your participants to see.
Questions & Answers
Presenter-controlled Q&A allows you to choose whether the audience sees certain messages. The presenter or assistant can screen all questions in advance. If you want to answer a question, but not discuss it in the presentation, a text reply can be sent directly to a single participant or to all.
Marquee
This tool allows presenters to publish a scrolling message across the top of the Vcall interface without interrupting the presentation. For example, reinforce important ideas or encourage participants to ask questions.
Slide Annotation
This tool allows you to annotate slides during your live event. Use it to draw circles, ovals, squares, rectangles, straight lines and free-form lines. Additionally it can be used to add text, highlights or hand-style pointers into the presentation area.
Whiteboard
This tool provides a virtual whiteboard during your web event to illustrate complex ideas. It can draw circles, ovals, squares, rectangles, straight lines, free-form lines and various sizes of text.
AppCast™
This optional feature empowers you to share your desktop, provide live software demos, or visually display any document or application on a Presenter’s computer. This is called application broadcasting or AppCasting™.
